Sands2 Sandwich Bar in Bournemouth is your go-to spot for delicious food and unbeatable value! Run by the friendly husband-and-wife duo, Guy and Jo, along with their dedicated team, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and ensuring every detail of your order is just right.
Conveniently located near Lansdowne roundabout, we offer a wide variety of sandwich fillings and an extensive selection of breads, along with salad boxes, jacket potatoes, hot grilled paninis, and wraps. We cater to all dietary needs, including gluten-free options and vegan choices, with everything made fresh right before your eyes, quickly and efficiently.
If you're in a rush or just can't decide, our “Ready to Go” baguettes and specialty salads could be your answer.

We are open from 8am..
when the smell of freshly cooking bacon and espresso coffee is hard to ignore. Our breakfast menu is extensive and available all morning until 11.30am.
We also specialise in delicious buffet style sandwich and savoury platters, which can be tailored for any occasion. Please see our menu for options under the Menu Tab

You can also place an order by phone or email before 10:30 AM and send someone to pick it up at your preferred time. Enjoy your meal!

Ordering a Buffet
Either give us a call, and we can talk through our extensive menu with you, helping you work within a budget that suits your needs. Alternatively, you can email us your order along with a phone number so that we can reach out to you to confirm the details and take payment at your convenience. Ideally, orders need to be placed with at least 48 hours' notice, but we can certainly accommodate requests with as little as 24 hours' notice when necessary.
